I think it's great to sit in the same room as their colleagues and discuss what might occur. Is there too much noise we put on headphones connected to the computer.
On the surface, the room is big but it is an old wind from a previous regiment called I17 before, so there is only a small window on the screen and a skylight so I can imagine that it's a little dark when the light from the difficult to penetrate . And the air in the room I do not know how it works really. But I think it's charming! I think it's great to sit in the same room as their colleagues and discuss what might occur. It is great to work in a team. I always find that you can learn so much from each other and the students really benefit in the end. Do you find this?

DeleteHow are you organized as a team, do you have a common subject or do you all have different subjects but share the same class?
ReplyDeleteWe divide into three classes and teach in the same and different subjects. We divide the classes all the teachers in the teacher team.
